Fine Combination Of Potatoes And Fenugreek Leaves
Preparation:
1) Boil Baby Potatoes adding little salt & water in pressure cooker.
2) Finely cut Baby Potatoes into 2 pieces.
3) Thaw Methi_Fenugreek Leaves Block in room temparature.
4) Finely chop onion.
Cooking:
1) On low flame, heat 3 Tablespoon oil.
2) Add Mustard Seeds,let it splutter, Cumin Seeds, let it change in color.
3) Add cut Potatoes, Chopped Onion, Salt and saute well.
4) Add Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Chopped Methi, little Salt and mix well.
5) Add 1 tablespoon Oil and mix well.
6) Cover & cook on low flame for approx 10 mins.
Serve For: 4 Person
