Hot & Sweet Tindora
Preparation:
1) Wash and drain Tindora.
2) Crush the Green Chilies.
3) Finely chop Coriander Leaves.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on low flame.
2) Add Asafoetida & Garlic Paste and saute.
3) Add Turmeric Powder and washed Tindora.
4) Add Salt, mix well.
5) Cover & Cook till Tindora becomes tender.
6) Add Crushed Green Chilies, Chopped Cilantro & Sugar.
7)Mix well and Cook for 2-3 minutes & Remove.
Serve For: 4 Person

Garnishing:
For garnishing the vegetable use Shredded Coconut & Cilantro Leaves.
