Ginger Garlic Flavor Tandaljo
Preparation:
1)Chop & Wash Tandaljo Leaves.
2) Grind into paste Green Chilies & Ginger.
3) Grind Garlic into paste.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil in a pan.
2) Add Cumin Seeds and let it splutter, add Asafoetida & Garlic Paste and fry for just a second.
3) Add Turmeric Powder and immediately add the Tandaljo Leaves.
4) Add Salt & Sugar and mix well.
5) Cover & cook on a low flame for 15 Min. Stir time to time.
6) Let Water dry up, add Green Chilly Paste & mix well.
7) Cook for 5 more mins.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30 Min.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with Chapati.
