Description:
Tangy & Spicy Roots Tapioca, Ratalu & Suran
Preparation:
1) Cut Green Bell Pepper & Tomatoes into pieces.
2) Cut Onions into slices.
Cooking:
1) On medium flame heat 5 tablespoon of Oil in non-stick pan.
2) Add washed Frozen dice cut Tapioca, Ratalu, Suran, Salt and mix well.
3) Cover & Cook for approx 8 mins.
4) Add Green Bell Pepper and cook until little crispy.
5) Remove in bowl.
6) In same pan, on medium low flame heat 2 tablespoon of Oil.
7) Add Panchpuran, Fennel Seeds, Curry Leaves, Sliced Onions, Chopped Tomatoes and Saute well.
8) Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Black Salt, Sugar, Salt and crispy prepared Vegetables.
9) Mix well thoroughly and TURN OFF FLAME.
10) Add Lemon Juice and mix well.
Serve For: 4-6 Persons
Total cooking time: 40-50 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot.
