Description:
Tangy Taste Of Mango With Little Touch Of Ginger Flavour.
Preparation:
1) Finely chop Green Chillies.
2) Mix Besan in 1 Tablespoon of water.
Cooking:
1) In a bowl, mix Besan in 1 Tablespoon water.
2) In a cooking pot, pour Alphonso Mango Pulp, add Besan Paste, 3 Cup water and mix well.
3) Add Chopped Green Chillies, Salt and mix well.
4) On medium flame heat and stir mixture, bring to boil and cook for 5-8 minutes.
5) Remove from flame.
6) For tadka heat Ghee in a wok.
7)Add Cinnamon, Clove, Red Chilli Whole, Cumin Seeds and Curry Leaves.
8) Pour tadka into Aam Kadi.
9) On low Flame put this kadi.Add Ginger Powder and cook for 5 minutes, stir in-between.Remove from flame.
Serve For: 4-6 Persons
Total cooking time: 30-35 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with vegetable rice.
