Description:
Mint Flavor Fish Tikka
Preparation:
1) Wash Cilantro and Mint leaves thoroughly.
2) Add Green Chilli, Salt, Lemon juice & water and grind into paste.
3) Sprinkle Salt on Fish Pieces and leave it for 20-25 min.
4) Deep fry fish pieces.
Cooking:
1) Heat oil in a pan.
2) Add the grinded Coriander –Mint paste.
3) Stir fry for 5-6 min or till the moisture is absorbed.
4) Add Ginger Garlic Paste and mix well.
5) Add fried fish pieces and mix well.
6) Add Butter and mix.
7) Sprinkle Chat Masala over it. While serving.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 35-40 Min
Garnishing:
Garnish the tikka with thin onion rings.
