Mushroom & Green Peas With Curry
Preparation:
1) Grind Onion into paste.
2) Boil Green Peas.
3) Grind Garlic & Green Chili into paste.
4) Grate Khoya.
5) Finely chop Cilantro.
6) Cut Mushroom into Slices.

Cooking:
1) Heat Oil in pan.
2) Fry Onion paste till rich brown.
3) Add grated Khoya & mix well.
4) Add Garlic Paste & saute for a min.
5) Add Tomato Puree, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Curry Paste, Water, Salt & mix well for 2-3 min.
6) Add Peas, Mushrooms, Cover & cook for 5-8 min, on low flame.
7) Add Kasoori Methi & mix well.
8) Remove from flame.

8) Remove from flame.
Serve For: 4 Person
