Mutton In Rogan Josh Paste
Preparation:
1) Clean Mutton and boil it adding salt.
2) Grind Onion into paste.
3) Grind the Garlic, Green Chilli and Ginger.
4) Grate khoya.
5) Finely Chop the Cilantro for garnishing.

Cooking:
1) Heat Oil in a pan.
2) Stir fry the Onion Paste till golden.
3) Add the Grated khoya and mix well.
4) Add Garlic Paste and stir for 1 min.
5) Add Tomato puree, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Amchur Powder, Rogan Josh Paste and Salt.
6) Mix well and sauté for 3-5 Min.
7) Add water and cook for 2-3 Min.
8) Add the Mutton, Mix well and cook on a low flame for 8-10 Min, covering with a lid.
9) Add Kasoori Methi and Mix well.

Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 45-50 Min
Garnishing:
Garnish the dish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
serve hot with Deep Breads or Pilaf.
