Preparation:
1) Finely Cut Snake Gourd into rings.
2) Grind Tomatoes & Green Chili.

1) Heat Oil in a Pressure cooker.
2) Add Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Tomatoes Paste, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder, Salt & mix well untill Oil comes out.
3) Add the Snake Gourd rings, mix well.
4) Pressure cook adding Water.
