Description:
Mint Flavoured Lotus Root
Preparation:
1) Finely chopped Mint Leaves, Spring Onions & Cilantro.
2) Finely cut Green Chilies in round cut.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on meduim-low flame.
2) Add Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder.
3) Place washed Lotus Root, Salt, Chopped Mint Leaves and 1.5 Cup of Water.
4) Cover & Cook for approx 25 mins. till tender.
5) Add Round Cut Green Chilies, Coriander Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder and mix thoroughly.
6) Add Chopped Spring Onions, Chopped Cilantro, Salt and stir constantly.
7) Add Milk and mix gently.
8) Cover & Cook for 5 mins.
Serve For: 50 Min
Total cooking time: 4 Person
Garnishing:
Serve hot with anyone of Deep Naan,
Roti,Paratha or Puri.
