Description:
Hot & Sour Lotus Root
Preparation:
1) Finely cut Onion into slices.
2) Finely chop Tomatoes.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on meduim-low flame.
2) Add Panchpuran, Fennel Seeds & Turmeric Powder.
3) Place washed Lotus Root, Salt and 1.5 Cup of water.
4) Cover & Cook for approx 25 mins. till tender.
5) Add Garlic Paste, Sliced Onion and mix well.
6) Add Chopped Tomatoes, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Amchur Powder and mix thoroughly.
7) Add Milk and mix gently.
8) Cover & Cook for 5 mins.
Serve For: 4 Person
