Description:
Spicy Masoor Dal With Touch Of Garlic
Preparation:
1) Wash Masoor dal in a 3-4 changes of water.
2) Pressure cook dal adding
salt & 2 Cup Water on high flame.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on low flame in a wok.
2) Add Red Chilli Whole, Cumin Seeds & let be change in colour, add Thin Slice Onion, Chopped Tomatoes and saute little.
3) Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Salt and saute well.
4) Pour 1 Cup Water and mix well.
5) Add boiled Masoor Dal and mix gently.Remove from flame.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30 Min.
Garnishing:
Garnish With Chopped Cilantro and Serve hot with anyone of Deep Naan or Paratha.
