Chatpat Crispy Arvi
Preparation:
1) Boil Arvi and let cool.
2) Heat Oil for deep fry.
3) Deep fry Arvi till crispy.
4) Mix Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Amchur Powder and Turmeric Powder.
Cooking:
1) Make a long slit in the Arvi.
2) Fill with the mixed spices.
3) Do same with all pieces of Arvi.
4) Press Arvi between your palm to flatten.
5) Heat Oil in a pan.
6) Add Arvi, Sprinkle remaining Masala and roast till crisp on both the sides.
7) Remove from flame.
Serve For: 4 person
Total cooking time: 35 Min.
Garnishing:
Serve hot.
