Stuff Ravaiya & Valor
Preparation:
1) Trim crown of Ravaiya & Make long slit from top to halfway.
2) Coarsely grind Coriander Leaves, Garlic and Green chilies.
3) Add Salt, 1/4tspn. Turmeric Powder, 1/8tspn. Asafoetida, Sugar, Garam Masala Powder, Ajman Seeds & 1tblspn Oil and mix well.
4) Stuff masala in slits of Ravaiyas.
5) Keep aside remaining masala.

5) Keep aside remaining masala.
Cooking:
1) Heat 5 tblsp Oil in a pan.
2) Add 1/8tspn. Asafoetida & 1/4tspn. Turmeric Powder and immediately add stuffed Ravaiyas.
3) Lower the flame,cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
4) Add washed Valor & salt and mix well.
5) Cover and cook on low flame, stirring gently time to time, till tender.
6) Add remaining Green Masala and mix well.
7) Cook for 2-3 minutes.

3) Lower the flame,cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
4) Add washed Valor & salt and mix well.

6) Add remaining Green Masala and mix well.
7) Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30 Min.
Garnishing:
Serve hot & Garnish with Shredded Coconut and Coriander Leaves.
