Description:
Spicy Pressure Cooked Gram Dal
Preparation:
1) Wash dal in 3-4 chnges of water and Soak for 30 mins.
2) Finely chop onions, tomatoes and green chillies.
Cooking:
1) Pressure cook soaked Chana Dal adding 1.5 cup water, Salt, Turmeric Powder till tender.
2) On low flame, heat Oil in a pan.
3) Add chopped Onion and saute till golden brown in colour.
4) Add chopped Tomatoes, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Chopped Green Chillies, Salt and mix well.
5) Add boiled Chana dal and 0.5 cup of water.
6) Mix and On high flame bring it to boil.
7) Cover & cook till required consistancy.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 25 Mins.
Garnishing:
Replace in serving bowl, serve hot.
