Spicy Potatoes In Rich Tadka
Preparation:
1) Boil, peel and cut Potatoes into pieces.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil in pan on medium flame.
2) Add Whole Red Chilli, Cloves, Cinnamon Sticks and TURN ON LOW FLAME.
3) Add 0.5 Teaspoon Panchpuran, Fennel Seeds, Anardana, Curry Leaves, Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Chutney, Boiled Potato Pieces, Salt to taste and mix thoroughly.
4) TURN ON HIGH FLAME and saute until little crispy.
5) Add Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder and mix thoroughly.
6) REMOVE FROM FLAME.
7) Heat Makhan Ghee in small pan on medium flame.
8) Add 0.5 Teaspoon Panchpuran and pour tadka on Prepared Aloo.
9) Mix well gently.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 25 Min.
Garnishing:
Serve hot immediately.
