Description:
Chauri In Gravy
Preparation:
1) Finely chop Onions.
2) Finely chop Green Chilies.
3) Finely crush Tomato.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on medium low flame.
2) Add Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Whole Black Pepper, chopped Onion, crushed Green Chilies, Turmeric Powder, washed Chauri & Salt to taste.
3) Mix well.
4) Cover & cook for approx 12 mins.
5) Add crushed Tomato, Red chilli Powder & Coriander Cumin Powder.
6) Mix thoroughly.
7) Cover & cook for approx 5 mins, Until Oil comes out.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 25 min
Garnishing:
Serve Hot.
