Description:
With Touch Of Ginger-Garlic, Spicy Ratalu & Tuvar Lilva.
Preparation:
1) Finely chop Coriander Leaves and Green Chilies.
2) For Masala Mix: In a bowl, Mix Chopped Coriander Leaves, Green Chilies, Coriander Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Sesame Seeds_Hulled, Sugar, and salt well.
Cooking:
1) Wash Deep Ratalu & Deep Tuvar Lilva in deep water.
2) On low flame heat oil in a deep pan.
3) Add Ajman Seeds, when it changes in color add Ratalu, Tuvar, Ginger Garlic Paste, little
salt & water.
4) Bring to boil and Cover & cook on medium-low flame till tender.
5) Add Masala Mix, Sugar, Lemon Juice and mix well
gently.
6) Turn off flame. Cover and keep aside for 5 mins.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 25 Mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with anyone of Deep Paratha.
