Description:
Feel Bitterness Of Karela With Spicy Stuffing.
Preparation:
1) Peel the karelas.
2) Make a slit on one side.
3) Apply salt to it and keep it aside for half an hour.
4) Wash the karelas, and pressure cook for 5 minutes.
5) Keep it aside and let it cool.
6) Squeeze out the excess water.
7) Grind into paste green chilli, fresh chopped cilantro & garlic.

Cooking:
1) Heat 2tbspn oil in a wok.
2) Add the Besan and Saute till golden brown and remove from flame & leave to cool.
3) Add sesame seeds, shredded coconut, red chilli powder, coriander powder, green chilli paste, amchur powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida and salt.
4) Mix well & Stuff this mixture into karelas.
5) Heat 3 tbspn. Oil in a pan.
6) Add stuffed karelas & Cook till little crisp on all sides.
