Description:
Well Cooked Spicy Rice Plate.
Preparation:
1) Wash the rice in 3-4 changes of water.
2) Soak in 2 Cup of water for 15-20 mins.
3) Finely chop Green Chillies.
4) Finely cut thin slices of Onion
Cooking:
1) On low flame heat Oil.
2) Add Cumin Seeds, Thin Slices of Onion and saute till onion slices are pink in colour.
3) Turn on high flame and saute till onion is dark brown in colour.
4) Turn on low flame, add Red Chilli Powder, Chopped Green Chillies, 0.5 Cup water and saute well.
5) Add soaked Basmati Rice with water, Salt and mix well.
6) Turn on high flame till starts boiling.
7) Turn on low flame and mix well.
8) Cover & cook till water is absorbed.
9) Add Garam Masala Powder and mix well gently.Remove from flame.
Serve For: 4 Person

Garnishing:
Serve hot with Deep Papad & Dahi to
make menu delicious.
