Description:
Fresh Tadka On Spicy Cooked Chana Dal
Preparation:
1) Wash Chana dal in 3-4 changes of water.
2) Finely chop Green chilli.
3) Cut onion into thin slices.
4) Cut tomato into small pieces.
Cooking:
1) Pressure cook the dal adding turmeric powder, salt and 3 cups of water till tender.
2) Place it in a serving bowl.
3) Add lemon juice,Red chilli Powder,Dried Mango powder,chopped green chillies.
4) Heat ghee in a pan for tadka.
5) Add onion slices and tomato pieces & saute little.
6) Pour immediately over Dal.
7) Mix well gently & Serve immediately.
Serve For: 4 Person

Garnishing:
Garnish With Coriander Leaves.
