Description:
Tender And Fried Root With Touch of Garlic
Preparation:
1) Wash and drain Arvi.
2) Sprinkle little Salt & mix it well.
3) Shallow Fry Arvi till tender & little crispy.
4) Finely chop Tomatoes, Green Chilli, Garlic, Ginger & Cilantro.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil in a pan.
2) Add finely chopped Tomatoes,green chilies,garlic & ginger altogether.
3) Saute for 3-4 minutes.
4) Add Salt,Red Chilli Powder,Turmeric powder.
5) Saute for 2-3 minutes.
6) Add the fried Arvi & Mix well.
7) Cook for 2-3 minutes & remove.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 15-20 Min.
Garnishing:
Serve Hot Garnish it with fresh Chopped Cilantro.
