Preparation:
1) Finely crush Green Chilies.
2) Finely chop Cilantro.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on medium low flame.
2) Add Ajman Seeds, Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder, Place washed Chauri and Salt.
3) Mix well, cover & cook for approx 12 mins.
4) Till tender.
5) Turn on low flame.
6) Add Crushed Green Chilies, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Sugar & chopped Cilantro.
7) Mix thoroughly.
8) Cover & cook for 2 mins.
Serve For: 4 Person
