Description:
Chatpat Garlic Flavor Dum Aloo
Preparation:
1) Finely cut Green Chilies into thin rings.
2) Finely crush Garlic.
3) On medium high flame, 2 whistle pressure cook frozen Baby Potatoes adding 0.5 Cup of Water.
4) Cut each boiled Baby Potato into 3 Slices.
Cooking:
1) On medium flame heat Oil in a pan.
2) Add Ring Cut Green Chilies, Turmeric Powder, Sliced Baby Potatoes, Salt and mix thoroughly.
3) Cover & Cook for approx 5 mins.
4) Add Crushed Garlic and saute well.
5) TURN OFF FLAME.
6) Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Black Salt, Lemon Juice and mix thoroughly.
Serve For: 4 Person
