Description:
Spicy Fried Karela
Preparation:
1) Finely chop Green Chilies.
2) Finely chop Onion
3) Finely crushed Tomato.
4) In pressure cooker.
5) Place washed Karela, 1 Teaspoon Salt & 0.5 cup Water.
6) On medium flame, 2 whistle pressure cook.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on medium low flame.
2) Add Cloves, chopped Green Chilies, chopped Onion, crushed Tomato, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder & Salt.
3) Stir well.
4) Add boiled Karela.
5) Stir time to time.
6) Add Jaggery Powder & Coconut Powder.
7) Stir, till Oil comes out.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30 min.
Garnishing:
Serve Hot.
