Description:
Green Peas & Capsicum With Touch Of Garlic Flavour
Preparation:
1) Wash & boil Green Peas.
2) Chop Tomatoes, Onion and Capsicum.
Cooking:
1) Heat oil in a pan.
2) Add Bay Leaf, Copped Onion, Garlic Paste and saute till onion is little pink.
3) Add Tomatoes, Salt and saute well.
4) Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam masala powder, Coriander Powder, Salt and saute well on medium flame till oil comes out.
5) Add Green Peas, 0.5 Cup water, Salt and mix well.
6) Cover and cook on low flame
for 2 minutes.
7) Add Capsicum and mix well on high flame till oil comes out.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30 min
Garnishing:
Serve hot with Deep Paratha.
