Description:
Stuffed Bhindi With Tangy Masala
Preparation:
1) Wash and chop off tips & tails of each Baby Bhindi(Okra).
2) Make vertical cut in middle of each bhindi leaving little portion of top & bottom.
3) To prepare Masala Mixture, mix Besan, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder_Resham Patti, Garam Masala Powder, Fennel Powder_Lucknowi, Sugar and Salt in a bowl & mix well.
2) Make vertical cut in middle of each bhindi leaving little portion of top & bottom.
3) To prepare Masala Mixture, mix Besan, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder_Resham Patti, Garam Masala Powder, Fennel Powder_Lucknowi, Sugar and Salt in a bowl & mix well.
Cooking:
1) Fill above Spice Mixture inside vertical cut of each bhindi and keep aside.
2) On low flame, heat 5 tablespoon Oil.
3) Add Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds.When it starts changes in color, place stuffed bhindi, slowly & carefully.
4) Saute or toss well.
5) Cover & cook for approx 5-6 minutes.
6) Add salt and Saute or toss well and cover & cook for a minute. Till Bhindi becomes tender.
7) Add remaining Masala Mixture, again cover & cook for a minute.
8) Add Sesame Seeds_Natural, Lemon Juice and 1 tablespoon Oil. Saute or toss well.
9) Remove fromm flame. Cover and keep aside for 2 mins.

Garnishing:
Replace in serving dish and serve hot.
