Description:
Spicy Butterly Kabuli Chana
Preparation:
1) Wash Kabuli Chana in 3-4 changes of Water.
2) Soak in Water for 5-6 hrs.
3) Change Water, add 0.5tspn Salt and boil till tender.
4) Finely Chop Onions, Tomatoes, Green Chilies and Cilantro.

Cooking:
1) Heat Oil in a wok.
2) Add chopped Onions & saute till brown.
3) Add Red Chilli Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste and fry for 1/2 Min.
4) Add chopped Tomatoes, Chhole Masala, Pav Bhaji Masala, Turmeric Powder and stir well.
5) Add 0.25 Cup Water and saute well till Oil comes out.
6) Add boiled Chana along with little Water and mix well.
7) Add Salt & chopped Green Chilies.
8) Cook on low flame till oil comes out.
9) Add Kasoori Methi, Lemon Juice and mix well.
