Description:
Soya Chunks & Ratalu With Tangy Taste Of Masti Chutney
Preparation:
1) Cut Red, Green & Yellow Bell Pepper in cube shape.
2) Cut Onion in quarters and release it's petals.
3) Cut Green Chilies into slices.
4) Cut Tomato into cube shape.
5) On high flame, 2 whistle pressure cook, Soya Chunks adding Salt & 1.5 cup of water.
6) Drain excess water from boiled Soya chunks in strainer, press & cut into 2 pieces each.
7) Cut Cheese into small cubes and cut each cube into slices.
Cooking:
1) On medium low flame, heat Mustard Oil & Corn Oil in pan.
2) Add Panchpuran, Fennel Seeds, Washed Ratalu & Salt and mix well.
3) Cover & Cook for approx. 8 mins. until tender & little crispy.
4) Add Onion Petals, Sliced Green Chilies, Cut Red Bell pepper, Cut Green Bell Pepper, Cut Yellow Bell Pepper & Salt and mix thoroughly.
5) Add boiled & cut Soya Chunks and turn on medium high flame.
6) Stir well, time to time for approx. 10 mins. until little crispy.
7) Turn off flame, add Cut Tomato and mix thoroughly.
8) Add small Cheese Slices and mix well.
9) Add Mint Chutney & Masti Chutney and mix thoroughly.
Serve For: 2 Person
