Description:
Deep Fried Paneer Masti Sandwich
Preparation:
1) Finely Chop Mint Leaves.
2) Mix Besan_Chickpea Flour, Rice Flour, Sooji, Turmeric Powder, Ajman Seeds, Amchur Powder, Asafoetida, Salt well in a bowl.
3) Add 1 Cup Water gradually and mix well into thick batter & keep aside for 10 mins.
4) Mix Masti Chutney and Chopped Mint Leaves well.
Cooking:
1) Cut square Paneer slab into quarters.
2) Cut each quarter into two triangles.
3) Cut each triangle into two Slices.
4) Open Paneer triangle set like a book.
5) Apply Masti Chutney Mix on one of slices and Press to make Paneer Sandwich.
6) Do same with all Paneer triangle sets.
7) Mix Yogurt, Sugar & leftover Masti Chutney Mix well and keep in the fridge.
8) Heat Oil for deep fry on medium low flame.
9) Dip Paneer Sandwich in Besan batter and place in hot Oil carefully.
10) Deep fry delicately until crispy and remove on an absorbent paper.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 40 mins.
