Description:
Stir Fried Paneer & Boiled Kabuli Channa
Preparation:
1) Wash and soak Kabuli Channa in 3 cups of lukewarm water for 6 hours.
2) Finely cut Paneer into tiny cubes.
3) Finely chop Green Chilies and Cilantro.
Cooking:
1) On medium low flame, 3 whistle pressure cook soaked Kabuli Channa adding 1 cup of water & Salt.
2) Remove excess water in strainer.
3) On low flame heat small non stick pan.
4) Place Salted Butter & Paneer Cubes and stir well time to time until little crispy.
5) TURN OFF FLAME.
6) In serving bowl, mix Boiled Kabuli Channa, Chopped Green Chilies, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Amchur Powder, Salt and Black Salt well.
7) Add prepared Paneer cubes and mix well gently.
8) Add Chopped Cilantro, Lemon Juice and mix well to serve.
Serve For: 4 Persons
Total cooking time: 40 mins.
