Preparation:
1) Finely Cut Coconut Slice.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on medium low flame.
2) Add Mustard Seeds, Salt & 0.25 cup Water.
3) Stir, Cover & cook for approx 8 mins.
4) Add Coriander Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Amchur Powder & Mix thoroughly.
5) Turn off flame.
6) Add cut Coconut Slice, Sugar, Lemon Juice & Mix thoroughly.
