Description:
Papdi Muthiya
Preparation:
1) Boil Water on medium flame.
2) Add Methi Pakora and boil for 3 mins & keep aside.
3) Finely crush Garlic.
4) Finely crush Green Chilies.
5) Finely chop Cilantro.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on medium low flame.
2) Add Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves, Ajman Seeds, Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder, washed Surti Papdi Whole, crushed Garlic, salt & 1.5 cup Water.
3) Cover & cook for approx 15 mins.
4) Till tender.
5) Add 0.5 cup Water, boiled Methi Pakora, crushed Green Chilies, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, chopped Cilantro, Coconut Powder & mix well gently.
6) Cover & cook for approx 5 mins.
7) Until require consistency.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 25 Mins.
Garnishing:
Serve Hot.
