Description:
Spicy Guava With Gravy.
Preparation:
1) Cut Guava Slice into 2 Pieces each.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on medium low flame.
2) Add Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder, Guava, Salt, Green Chilies, 1 cup Water & Stir well.
3) Cover & cook for approx 10 mins.
4) Turn on low flame.
5) Add Coriander Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Jaggery Powder & Stir well gently.
6) Cook until require consistency.
Serve For: 3 Persons
Total cooking time: 25 Mins.
