Description:
Hara Channa.
Preparation:
1) Finely chop Onion.
2) Finely Grate Tomato.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on medium low flame.
2) Add Bay Leaves, chopped Onion, grated Tomatoes, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder & Salt to taste.
3) Stir constantly till Oil comes out.
4) Add Green Channa , Salt, 0.5 cup Water & Mix thoroughly.
5) Cover & cook for approx 10 mins.
6) Until tender.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 25 Mins.
Garnishing:
