Cabbage Potato.
Preparation:
1) Cut Red Baby Onion into 4 pieces.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on low flame.
2) Add Bay Leaves, Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves, Mustard Seeds, Washed Diced Potatoes, Red Baby Onions, Washed Chopped Cabbage & Salt to taste.
3) Mix it thoroughly.
4) Turn on medium low flame.
5) Cover & Cook for approx 10 mins.
6) Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder & Coriander Cumin Powder.
7) Mix well gently, Cover & Cook for more 5 mins.

Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30-40 min.
Garnishing:
Serve Hot with any of Deep Paratha.
