Description:
Dudhi Chana Dal.
Preparation:
1) In Pressure cooker place washed Diced Dudhi & washed Chana Dal, Turmeric Powder, Salt & 2 cups of Water.
2) On medium low flame, 2 whistle pressure cook.
3) Cut Red Baby Onion into 2 pieces.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on low flame.
2) Add Mustard Seeds, Ginger Paste, Split Red Baby Onions, Red Chilli Powder & Stir constantly.
3) Add 0.5 cup Water, Coriander Cumin Powder, Sugar & Salt to taste.
4) Add boiled Diced Dhudhi & Chana Dal, stir well time to time.
5) Cook till require consistency.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 40 mins
Garnishing:
Serve Hot with Deep Roti or Paratha.
