Description:
Spicy Baby Bhindi.
Preparation:
1) Finely chop Garlic.
2) Finely chop Onion.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on medium low flame.
2) Add 1 Teaspoon Salt, washed Baby Bhindi & mix well.
3) Cover & cook for approx 15 mins.
4) Stir time to time, Until little crispy.
5) Remove on an absorbent paper, leaving Oil in a pan.
6) In same pan, add Panchpuran, chopped Garlic & stir well till little crispy.
7) Add chopped Onion & stir for 30 seconds.
8) Add Tandoori Paste, 0.25 cup Water & stir till Oil comes out.
9) Add shallow fried Baby Bhindi & mix thoroughly.
10) Cover & keep aside for 5 mins.
Serve For: 4 Person
