Description:
Sweet Rabdi For Upvas
Preparation:
1) Finely chop Almonds.
2) Coarsely crush Cardamom Seeds.
2) Coarsely crush Cardamom Seeds.
Cooking:
1) On low flame heat ghee in a pan.
2) Add Rajgaro Flour & stir continuously to roast.
3) Until dark pink in color & remove from flame.
4) On meduim flame , in a cooking pot heat Milk.
5) Stir in between, bring to boil until bubbling starts.
6) Add roasted Rajgaro Flour & stir well into fine mixture.
7) Add Sugar, Chopped Almonds, Charoli, Crushed Cardamom seeds & Jaifal Powder.
8) Stir well continuously & cook for approx 4 mins.
9) Till required consistancy.
