Description:
Drumsticks In Spicy Besan Paste
Preparation:
1) Pressure cook Deep Drumsticks, adding 1 Cup of Water, 3 whistle on high flame.
2) Drain excess water.
3) Finely chop Onion.
Cooking:
1)In a bowl take Deep Yogurt & Besan and mix.
2) Add 2 Cup water slowly and mix into fine paste.
3) Add Salt, Red Chilli Crushed, Kasoori Methi, Sugar and mix well.
4) Heat Oil on low flame.
5) Add Mustard Seeds, when it starts splutter add Chopped Onion, Salt.
6) Saute till little pink in color.
7)Add prepared Besan paste slowly.
8) Saute continously till bubbles starts showing.
9) Add boiled Drumsticks and mix gently & cook for 2 mins.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with Deep Paratha
