Description:
Well Cooked Ratalu With Whole Spiced Flavor
Preparation:
1) Wash Ratalu in running water.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on low flame in non-stick pan.
2) Add Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds,Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Curry Leaves, Washed Ratalu and Sendhav Salt.
3) Mix well and cover & cook on medium-low flame.
4) Cook for approx 8 mins.
5) Add Sugar, Lemon Juice and Red Chilli Crushed.
6) Mix gently & cover.
7) Turn on low flame.
8) Cook for 2 mins.
Serve For: 2 Person
Total cooking time: 20 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with yogurt in fasting.
