Description:
Hot & Sweet Well Cooked Suran
Preparation:
1) Finely chop green chilies.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on low flame in non-stick pan.
2) Add Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, Chopped Green Chilies, washed Suran and Sendhav Salt.
3) Saute and cover & cook for approx 10 mins., till tender.
4) Saute well again.
5) Add Sugar, Red Chilli Powder, Lemon Juice.
6) Mix well and cover & cook for 2 mins.
Serve For: 2 Person
Total cooking time: 20 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with curd, Can have in fasting.
