Hot & Sweet Baby Potatoes With Crunchy Peanuts
Preparation:
1) Wash & Boil Baby Potatoes.
2) Cut Boiled Baby Potatoes into 4 Pieces.
3) Cut Green Chilies into 2 Pieces.
4) Crush unsalted roasted Peanuts.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on low flame.
2) Add Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Curry Leaves, Green Chilies, Cut Baby Potatoes, Sendhav Salt, Crushed Roasted Peanuts, Sugar, Lemon Juice & mix well.
3) Turn on medium flame.
4) Saute / toss in-between.
5) Cook for 4 minutes.
6) Add Red Chilli Powder & mix gently.
7) Turn on low flame.
8) Cook for 2 minutes.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 40 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve Hot With Yogurt, Can Have In Upvas.
