Well Cooked Parval Of Coconut Powder Taste
Preparation:
1) Pressure cook Parval, adding Salt & 1 Cup of Water, 4 whistle on high flame.
2) Finely chop Cilantro.
3) Finely chop Green Chilies.
Cooking:
1) In a bowl, mix Chopped Cilantro, Ginger Paste, Desiccated Coconut Powder, Chopped Green Chilies, Coriander Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder,Fennel Powder, Sugar, Amchur Powder & Salt well.
2) Heat Oil on low flame.
3) Add Mustard Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Boiled Parval, Salt and mix well.
4) Add prepared Masala Mixture and mix well.
5) Cover & Cook for approx 7 mins.
6) Turn off flame.
7) Cover and keep aside for 2 mins.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30 mins.
Garnishing:
