Description:
Spicy Parval With Aloo
Preparation:
1) Boil and cut Baby Potatoes into 4 Pieces.
2) Pressure cook adding Salt & 1 Cup of water on high flame upto 4 whistle.
3) Drain excess water in strainer.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on low flame.
2) Add Panch Puran, boiled cut Potatoes, Turmeric Powder, Salt.
3) Turn on medium flame and saute till little crispy.
4) Turn on low flame, add boiled Parval, Thin Slice Onion and mix well.
5) Add Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Crushed, Salt and mix gently.
6) Cover & Cook for 3 mins.
7) Replace in serving bowl.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 40 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve Hot With Deep Bread.
