Description:
Sweet & Sour Spicy Boiled Gooseberry
Preparation:
1) Wash and pressure cook Amla adding 1 Cup water & salt, 5 whistle on high flame.
2) Remove in strainer to drain excess water.
3) Pick out boiled Amla and place in a small bowl.
Cooking:
1) Amla in a bowl, add Red Chilli Powder,Red Chilli Crushed, Jaggery Powder, Sugar and Salt.
2) Mash with spoon and mix well.
3) On low flame, heat Oil, add Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, hand mashed Amla Mix.
4)Mix well gently and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 40 Mins.
Garnishing:
Serve With Any Meal.
