Sweet & Sour Fresh Diced Green Mango With Spicy Vaghar
Preparation:
1) Thaw and wash Deep Diced Green Mango_IQF.
2) Keep in strainer to drain excess water.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on Low flame.
2) Add Bay Leaves, Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds.
3) Add Diced Green Mango, Salt and 2 Cup Water.
4) Turn on medium flame.
5) Add Red Chilli Powder_Resham Patti,Coriander Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder and Mix.
6) Bring to boil for approx 2 mins.
7) Add Jaggery Powder and Sugar.
8) Saute softly inbetween till required consistancy.
9) Remove from flame.
Serve For: 6 Persons
Total cooking time: 40 Mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with Deep Thepla.
