Description:
Spicy Udad Dal with garlic flavour.
Preparation:
1) Wash and pressure cook Udad Dal adding Turmeric Powder, Salt & 2 Cup Water on high flame till tender.
2) Finely chop Green Chillies_Hot
Cooking:
1) Heat Makhan Ghee in a wok on low flame.
2) Add Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves, Cumin Seeds & let be change in colour, add Curry Leaves, Chopped Green Chillies_hot, Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Powder and saute well.
3) Pour 1 Cup Water, Salt, mix and bring to boil.
4) Add boiled Udad Dal, Mix and bring to boil.
5) Remove from flame.Add lemon juice, mix well.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 25 Min.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with Rice or Chapati.
