Description:
Tangy Protien Rich North Indian Corn Chaat.
Preparation:
1) Boil Deep Sweet Corn_IQF and drain excess water in strainer.
2) Finely chop Green Chillies, Tomatoes, Coriander Leaves.
Cooking:
1) In a serving bowl pour boiled & cool Sweet-Corn.
2) Add Chopped Green Chillies, Red Chilli Powder, Black Salt, Black Pepper Powder,Salt, Lemon Juice and mix well.
3) Add Chopped Tomatoes, Spicy Chana Dal and mix well.
4) Add Chopped Cilantro and mix well gently.
Serve For: 4 Persons
Total cooking time: 30 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve immediately with any Deep Drink.
