Pani-Puri Flavored Boiled Chickpeas
Preparation:
1) Wash and Soak Deep Kala Chana in hot water for 3 to 4 hrs.
2) Pressure cook chana till tender.
3) Remove in strainer to drain excess water.
4) Keep aside to cool down.
5) Finely chop onion and cilantro.
6) Mix thick curd and powder sugar in a bowl.

Cooking:
1) Place boiled Chana in a bowl.
2) Add Pani Puri Paste, Indori Bhujia, Chopped Onion, Chopped Cilantro and mix well.
3) Keep aside for 15 mins. to marinate.
4) On Puri for Bhel place 1 tsp. prepared Chana mixture.
5) Put generous dot of Sweet Curd on Chana mixture.
2) Add Pani Puri Paste, Indori Bhujia, Chopped Onion, Chopped Cilantro and mix well.

4) On Puri for Bhel place 1 tsp. prepared Chana mixture.

Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 40 mins.
Garnishing:
Garnish with small piece of chopped cilantro and Serve immediately.
